Wellness Dance Class

This innovative course incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine theory into body movements and stimulates meridians and acupoints when dancing. The class combines therapeutic elements of mindfulness, Tai Chi, Qigong, Chinese dance, and body percussion. Learn to use the art of movement to promote physical and mental well-being; reducing stress; enhancing flexibility, strength, coordination, and beauty; increasing blood flow and oxygen, activating the immune system, and use the body rhythm to resist the epidemic!

Open to everyone. No dance experience necessary and no gender restrictions. If you have a basic disease, please consult in advance before signing up.
