ACITCM is administrated by Chinese Health and Wellness Center (CHWC), which is an Arizona non-profit organization within the meaning of Section 501 c(3) of the IRS of United States.

ACITCM partners with Henan University of Chinese Medicine and Songshan Shaolin Wushu College.

Henan University of Chinese Medicine founded in 1958, is one of the earliest public institutions of higher learning of traditional Chinese medicine in China, located in Zhengzhou, the provincial capital. It is a university authorized by the Ministry of Education to train scholarship students of the Chinese government and doctoral degree.

Songshan Shaolin Wushu College is located in the hometown of Chinese martial arts, China's excellent tourist city of Dengfeng City, is China's only one so martial arts for the characteristics of ordinary colleges and universities, is the national Chinese international promotion Shaolin martial arts base, Henan Province cultural reform and development personnel training base, Henan Province vocational education characteristics of the construction unit, the college has 33 specialist majors.
